Dr. Yogesh K. Bhatt serves as Executive Vice President and Head – New Technologies Design at NIIT. In this role, he is responsible for shaping NIIT’s strategy, offerings, and frameworks across emerging and next-generation technologies, with a strong focus on designing innovative, future-ready solutions for enterprises and learners. He plays a pivotal role in conceptualising and building technology-led learning architectures that address evolving industry needs across IT, digital, data, and advanced technology domains.

Yogesh is an accomplished leader and a veteran in the corporate education and training ecosystem, with over 26 years of experience spanning training, education, research, and consulting. He has worked extensively on creating and delivering transformative talent solutions across levels, leveraging an integrated mix of learning, development, and assessment interventions. He has led multiple education and training product launches across IT, Data Science, and Management categories in both B2B and B2C segments

Prior to his current role, Yogesh held senior leadership positions at Manipal Global Education, where he served as Vice President – Education and Training, Manipal ProLearn, and earlier at Infosys as Associate Vice President – Education and Research. Under his leadership, Manipal ProLearn received several prestigious recognitions, including Best Corporate Training Program at the India Education Awards 2019, the Golden Peacock National Training Award in 2018, and the Outstanding Partner Award for Innovative Solution from IBM in 2016.
